Mission Statement
To function as democratic group in order to represent the interests, values, and concerns of area residents and other interested persons in an effort to enhance the quality of life within the neighborhood and build a sense of community. To engage and involve residents in supporting and participating in the welfare of the neighborhood and to encourage, adhere to, and enforce the standards, values, and priorities adopted by residents of this neighborhood and community.

The Leopold Neighborhood Association was created in 2006 by a small group of concerned residents who wanted to address the issues of crime and security in the area. Today, Association members are working hard to address the issues of neighborhood safety and security by building a strong sense of community and cohesiveness.
Boundaries
The Leopold Neighborhood Association is within the City of Madison, the Town of Madison, and the City of Fitchburg. The neighborhood area is North of Post Road, East of the Wisconsin Railroad, South of the Beltline, and West of Fish Hatchery Road.
